Through the development of lasting relationships with our leasing partners, Cow Halloween plans expansion to 90 retail stores in 2009, and 150 stores in 2010. We look for locations that meet the following criteria:

  • Population within a 3 mile radius = 60,000+
  • Daily Traffic Counts = 50,000+ at single road or combined intersection
  • High Visibility Store frontage and/or excellent signage opportunities
  • Square Footage minimum of 2500, and maximum of “no building or space too large!”
  • Commitment responses by July 15th, with possession dates of August 1st for fixturing and deliveries
  • Set Brokerage commissions paid by Cow Halloween

As a regional retailer we are afforded a flexible approach to the locations we lease. We operate stores in small strip centers, large Mall Anchor spaces, and former restaurant and other specialty use locations. When above criteria are met, we are willing to accept spaces “as is” (provided zoning and occupancy standards are met).
